etimología:

las palabras castellanas "trabajo" y "trabajar", del castellano antiguo trebejare (esfuerzo, esforzarse), no derivan de la usual latina labor (que da las castellanas "labor" y "laborar"), sino de una tortura de la antigua roma cuyo nombre era tripalĭum (tres palos) y del verbo tripaliāre (torturar o torturarse).[1
